Individual / Family Membership

Membership for: Individuals and families. You will receive a 10% discount on all products purchased online or in our shop including Libre and LinX, a copy of our Viewpoint newsletter posted or emailed to you, and be eligible to attend groups or events of interest. Please note that we cannot give 10% discount on some fundraising products such as the protein bars. Membership fees go towards publishing our local magazine, providing information, and providing diabetes products at a reasonable price.

Membership for: Young people under the age of 18. This annual membership gives you 10% discount on shop products.

Pension / Beneficiary Membership

Membership for: Pensioners, Students and Unwaged Individuals. You will receive a 10% discount on all products purchased online or in our shop, a copy of our quarterly magazine posted to you and be eligible to attend groups or events of interest. PLEASE LOG OFF AFTER PURCHASING MEMBERSHIP AND LOG BACK IN IF YOU'RE PLACING ANOTHER ORDER. Membership fees go towards publishing a local magazine, providing information, and providing diabetes products at a reasonable price.

Membership for: GP's, Nurses, Medical Practitioners, Rest Homes and Pharmacies. Membership fees go towards publishing a local magazine, developing our website, providing information, speakers, and providing diabetes medical products at a reasonable price.

This is a buffet dinner to celebrate Diabetes Christchurch’s Platinum Anniversary…yes we’ve been supporting people in Canterbury for 70 years!

Choices include 3 salads, 3 hot mains, 4 vegetable mains, 3 dessert items, an Anniversary Cake and of course, tea and coffee. There is a cash/Eft Pos bar available.
